Shipping Policy

At Muralora, every mural is printed to order and cut to your exact wall — and we are committed to a smooth, reliable and transparent delivery experience. Below you will find our processing times, delivery estimates, carrier partners and support information.

Delivery zone

We currently ship only to the contiguous United States (the 48 contiguous states and Washington, DC). We do not deliver to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories or military APO/FPO addresses.

Where orders ship from

Your mural is dispatched from one of our production partners in China. Our registered business address in Wyoming is not a dispatch warehouse or a return address.

Shipping costs

Free shipping: all orders benefit from free standard shipping, with no minimum purchase.

Order processing times

Order cut-off time: 4:00 PM (CT). Orders placed after this time are processed the next business day.

Production & processing time: 1 to 4 business days (Monday to Friday). Because every mural is made to measure, this is when your design is printed to your exact dimensions, quality-checked, packaged and handed to the carrier.

Delivery times

Once shipped, your order will arrive within the estimated timeframes below:

• Transit time: 3 to 10 business days (Monday to Friday)
• Estimated total delivery window: 4 to 14 business days (production + transit)

Please note: delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions or peak demand periods.

Carrier partners

We work with reliable carriers to ensure efficient delivery: USPS, UPS and FedEx.

Track your order

After your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number, so you can follow your parcel at any time.

Duties and taxes

You will not have to pay import duties on your order. All prices are shown in US dollars. Any applicable sales tax is calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery issues

If you experience delays, cannot locate your parcel, or believe your order is lost, please contact us immediately — we will work quickly with the carrier to resolve the issue.
