Shipping costs

Free shipping: all orders to the United Kingdom and the United States benefit from free standard shipping, with no minimum purchase.

Order processing times

Order cut-off time: 4:00 PM (GMT). Orders placed after this time are processed the next business day.

Production & processing time: 1 to 4 business days (Monday to Friday). Because every mural is made to measure, this is when your design is printed to your exact dimensions, quality-checked, packaged and handed to the carrier.

Delivery times

Once shipped, your order will arrive within the estimated timeframes below:

• Transit time: 3 to 10 business days (Monday to Friday)
• Estimated total delivery window: 4 to 14 business days (production + transit)

Please note: delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions or peak demand periods.

Track your order

After your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number, so you can follow your parcel at any time.
